Specialized in fine mineral chemicals, Baikowski develops ultra-pure alumina powders used for lighting (ceramic tubes for sodium or metal vapor lamps) and especially energy-efficient lamps, a future market. It also develops fine mineral oxide formulations and ready-to-use formulas used in polishing electronic and ophthalmic products.

The company is very active and develops new powders used as an ingredient in special, transparent technical ceramics, bio-ceramics and luminescent materials for plasma screens.

To optimize its production facilities and increase its manufacturing output, Baikowski has invested 20 million euros in its French plant.

Recently, its Japanese subsidiary in Tokyo has created a formulation unit.
